1Attorney Network Agreement

By joining the FlowLegalPartners attorney network, you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable state professional conduct rules in the jurisdictions where you practice. This agreement governs your participation in our lead generation and advertising services network.

Important: State-Specific Compliance Required

As a participating attorney, you are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with all professional conduct rules, bar association requirements, and advertising regulations in each state where you are licensed to practice.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state and in good standing with the applicable bar association(s)
  • You maintain current professional liability insurance as required by applicable law
  • You have the authority and capacity to enter into this agreement
  • All information provided about your practice is true and accurate
  • You will maintain compliance with all applicable professional conduct rules throughout your participation
  • You will promptly notify us of any changes to your bar status or disciplinary actions

2Lead Generation Services

FlowLegalPartners provides lead generation and advertising services connecting clients with qualified licensed attorneys. Upon joining our network, you may receive leads for potential clients seeking legal representation within your specified practice areas and geographic regions.

Licensing Requirements

Participation in our network is limited to attorneys who:

  • Hold an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state
  • Are in good standing with the applicable bar association(s)
  • Have no current disciplinary actions or suspensions
  • Maintain professional liability insurance as required by applicable law
  • Comply with continuing legal education requirements in their jurisdiction(s)

3Professional Conduct Compliance

Your participation must comply with the professional conduct rules of each state where you practice, including but not limited to:

  • Rules regarding client confidentiality and duties to prospective clients
  • Attorney advertising and communication regulations
  • Solicitation rules and client contact requirements
  • Professional independence and fee sharing restrictions
  • Competence and diligence standards

4Lead Fee Structure

Our lead fee structure complies with professional conduct rules regarding attorney advertising and lead generation services. Pricing is consistent across all states where we operate.

Attorneys choose between exclusive delivery or shared delivery pricing:

Employment Law$249 exc. / $99 sh.

Bankruptcy$179 exc. / $69 sh.

*Exclusive = Lead delivered only to you. Shared = Lead may be delivered to 2-3 attorneys. Fees subject to change with 30 days notice.

Payment Terms: Lead fees are charged immediately upon delivery via Stripe. Attorneys set monthly budget limits and can pause service anytime. Payment failures may result in suspension from the network.

5Lead Quality Standards

We provide leads that meet basic qualification criteria including client contact information, genuine interest in legal representation, appropriate practice area matching, and basic case qualification screening.

6Managed Advertising Services

FlowLegalPartners offers optional managed Google Ads services where we create and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf. These services are separate from lead generation and billed according to the pricing displayed in your dashboard.

Performance Max Campaigns

Managed advertising services utilize Google Performance Max campaigns that display your firm's information across Google's advertising network (Search, Display, YouTube, Gmail, Maps, and Discover). By enabling these services, you acknowledge and consent that:

  • Your firm name, contact information, and website URL will be used in advertisements created on your behalf
  • You are responsible for ensuring your business information in your profile is accurate and up-to-date
  • Advertisements will comply with Google Ads policies and applicable state bar advertising rules

7Network Participation Requirements

Response Time

Respond to leads within 24 hours of delivery

Client Contact

Contact potential clients within 48 hours

Status Updates

Provide lead outcome updates within 7 days

Professional Standards

Maintain professional communication standards at all times

8Prohibited Conduct

Network attorneys are prohibited from:

  • Practicing outside licensed jurisdictions: Soliciting clients outside states where you hold an active license
  • Unauthorized lead sharing: Sharing lead information with non-network attorneys without permission
  • Brand misuse: Using FlowLegalPartners branding in unauthorized marketing materials
  • System circumvention: Attempting to circumvent the lead delivery system
  • False information: Providing false or misleading information about qualifications or experience
  • Conduct violations: Engaging in conduct that violates professional conduct rules
  • Direct competition: Competing directly with FlowLegalPartners lead generation services

9Termination

Either party may terminate participation with 30 days written notice. FlowLegalPartners may immediately terminate for bar license issues, disciplinary actions, professional conduct violations, non-payment, or breach of terms.

10Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

FLOWLEGALPARTNERS PROVIDES LEAD GENERATION SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE LEAD QUALITY, QUANTITY, OR OUTCOMES. ATTORNEYS PARTICIPATE AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT.

11Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where the attorney's primary practice is located. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules.
