By joining the FlowLegalPartners attorney network, you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable state professional conduct rules in the jurisdictions where you practice. This agreement governs your participation in our legal referral network.
As a participating attorney, you are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with all professional conduct rules, bar association requirements, and advertising regulations in each state where you are licensed to practice.

FlowLegalPartners provides attorney referral services connecting clients with qualified licensed attorneys. Upon joining our network, you may receive referrals for potential clients seeking legal representation within your specified practice areas and geographic regions.
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: Participation in our network is limited to attorneys who:
STATE-SPECIFIC COMPLIANCE: Your participation must comply with the professional conduct rules of each state where you practice, including but not limited to:
Referral fees vary by practice area and geographic region. Current fee schedules are provided upon network approval. All fees comply with applicable professional conduct rules regarding attorney advertising and referral services.
PAYMENT TERMS: Referral fees are due within 30 days of client engagement. Payment methods include ACH transfer or check. Late payments may result in suspension from the network.
We provide referrals that meet basic qualification criteria including client contact information, genuine interest in legal representation, appropriate practice area matching, and basic case qualification screening.
Network attorneys must respond to referrals within 24 hours, contact referred clients within 48 hours, and provide status updates on referral outcomes within 7 days.

Either party may terminate participation with 30 days written notice. FlowLegalPartners may immediately terminate for bar license issues, disciplinary actions, professional conduct violations, non-payment, or breach of terms.
FLOWLEGALPARTNERS PROVIDES REFERRAL SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE REFERRAL QUALITY, QUANTITY, OR OUTCOMES. ATTORNEYS PARTICIPATE AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where the attorney's primary practice is located. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules.
