1. ATTORNEY NETWORK AGREEMENT

By joining the FlowLegalPartners attorney network, you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable state professional conduct rules in the jurisdictions where you practice. This agreement governs your participation in our legal referral network.

Important: State-Specific Compliance Required

As a participating attorney, you are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with all professional conduct rules, bar association requirements, and advertising regulations in each state where you are licensed to practice.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state and in good standing with the applicable bar association(s);
  • You maintain current professional liability insurance as required by applicable law;
  • You have the authority and capacity to enter into this agreement;
  • All information provided about your practice is true and accurate;
  • You will maintain compliance with all applicable professional conduct rules throughout your participation;
  • You will promptly notify us of any changes to your bar status or disciplinary actions.

2. REFERRAL SERVICES

FlowLegalPartners provides attorney referral services connecting clients with qualified licensed attorneys. Upon joining our network, you may receive referrals for potential clients seeking legal representation within your specified practice areas and geographic regions.

LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: Participation in our network is limited to attorneys who:

  • Hold an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state;
  • Are in good standing with the applicable bar association(s);
  • Have no current disciplinary actions or suspensions;
  • Maintain professional liability insurance as required by applicable law;
  • Comply with continuing legal education requirements in their jurisdiction(s).

3. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT COMPLIANCE

STATE-SPECIFIC COMPLIANCE: Your participation must comply with the professional conduct rules of each state where you practice, including but not limited to:

  • Rules regarding client confidentiality and duties to prospective clients;
  • Attorney advertising and communication regulations;
  • Solicitation rules and client contact requirements;
  • Professional independence and fee sharing restrictions;
  • Competence and diligence standards.

4. REFERRAL FEES AND PAYMENTS

Referral fees vary by practice area and geographic region. Current fee schedules are provided upon network approval. All fees comply with applicable professional conduct rules regarding attorney advertising and referral services.

PAYMENT TERMS: Referral fees are due within 30 days of client engagement. Payment methods include ACH transfer or check. Late payments may result in suspension from the network.

5. LEAD QUALITY STANDARDS

We provide referrals that meet basic qualification criteria including client contact information, genuine interest in legal representation, appropriate practice area matching, and basic case qualification screening.

6. NETWORK PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Network attorneys must respond to referrals within 24 hours, contact referred clients within 48 hours, and provide status updates on referral outcomes within 7 days.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Network attorneys are prohibited from:

  • Practicing outside their licensed jurisdictions;
  • Sharing referral information with non-network attorneys without permission;
  • Using FlowLegalPartners branding in unauthorized marketing materials;
  • Circumventing the referral system;
  • Providing false or misleading information;
  • Engaging in conduct that violates professional conduct rules;
  • Competing directly with FlowLegalPartners referral services.

8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate participation with 30 days written notice. FlowLegalPartners may immediately terminate for bar license issues, disciplinary actions, professional conduct violations, non-payment, or breach of terms.

9. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FLOWLEGALPARTNERS PROVIDES REFERRAL SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE REFERRAL QUALITY, QUANTITY, OR OUTCOMES. ATTORNEYS PARTICIPATE AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where the attorney's primary practice is located. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules.
