Terms of Service for Georgia Attorneys

Important Notice for Georgia Attorneys

These terms govern your participation in the FlowLegalPartners attorney network specifically within the State of Georgia. By joining our network, you agree to comply with these Georgia-specific terms and all applicable Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct.

1Georgia Attorney Network Agreement

By joining the FlowLegalPartners attorney network as a Georgia-licensed attorney, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable State Bar of Georgia rules. This agreement governs your participation in our lead generation and advertising services network and your receipt of potential client leads within Georgia.

GA PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT COMPLIANCE: As a participating attorney, you are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with all Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct, State Bar of Georgia requirements, and applicable advertising regulations.

You represent and warrant that:

  • -You are licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia
  • -You maintain current professional liability insurance as required by Georgia law
  • -You have the authority and capacity to enter into this agreement
  • -All information provided about your practice is true and accurate
  • -You will maintain compliance with all Georgia professional conduct rules throughout your participation
  • -You will promptly notify us of any changes to your Georgia bar status or disciplinary actions

2Georgia Lead Generation Services

FlowLegalPartners provides lead generation and advertising services connecting Georgia residents with qualified Georgia-licensed attorneys. Upon joining our network, you may receive leads for potential clients seeking legal representation within your specified practice areas in Georgia.

Georgia Licensing Requirements

Participation in our network is limited to attorneys who:

  • Active license to practice law in Georgia
  • Good standing with State Bar of Georgia
  • No current disciplinary actions or suspensions
  • Current professional liability insurance
  • Compliance with Georgia CLE requirements
CLE Requirements

12 credit hours annually, including 1 hour of ethics and 1 hour of professionalism

3Lead Fee Structure

GA COMPLIANT PRICING: Our lead fee structure complies with State Bar of Georgia rules regarding attorney advertising services. Pricing is consistent across all states.

Attorneys choose between exclusive delivery or shared delivery pricing:

Personal Injury$349 exc. / $149 sh.
Medical Malpractice$449 exc. / $179 sh.
Criminal Defense$199 exc. / $79 sh.
Family Law$179 exc. / $69 sh.
Employment Law$249 exc. / $99 sh.
Immigration$199 exc. / $79 sh.
Bankruptcy$179 exc. / $69 sh.

*Exclusive = Lead delivered only to you. Shared = Lead may be delivered to 2-3 attorneys. Fees subject to change with 30 days notice.

Payment Terms: Lead fees are charged immediately upon delivery via Stripe. Attorneys set monthly budget limits and can pause service anytime. Payment failures may result in suspension from the network.

4Lead Quality Standards

Qualified Georgia Leads: We provide leads that meet the following criteria:

  • -Client is a resident or seeking services within your licensed jurisdiction
  • -Client has provided accurate contact information
  • -Client has expressed genuine interest in legal representation
  • -Case falls within your specified practice areas
  • -Client meets basic qualification criteria for the case type
  • -No obvious conflicts of interest identified
Lead Quality Guarantee

If a lead does not meet our quality standards, you may request a refund within 48 hours of lead delivery. Refund requests must include documentation of the quality issue.

5Managed Advertising Services

FlowLegalPartners offers optional managed Google Ads services where we create and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf. These services are separate from lead generation and billed according to the pricing displayed in your dashboard.

Performance Max Campaigns

Managed advertising services utilize Google Performance Max campaigns that display your firm's information across Google's advertising network (Search, Display, YouTube, Gmail, Maps, and Discover). By enabling these services, you acknowledge and consent that:

  • Your firm name, contact information, and website URL will be used in advertisements created on your behalf
  • You are responsible for ensuring your business information in your profile is accurate and up-to-date
  • Advertisements will comply with Google Ads policies and applicable state bar advertising rules

6Georgia Professional Conduct Compliance

Advertising Compliance: All marketing materials and communications with referred clients must comply with:

  • Rule 7.1 - Communications Concerning a Lawyer's Services
  • Rule 7.2 - Advertising
  • Rule 7.3 - Direct Contact with Prospective Clients
  • Rule 5.4 - Professional Independence of a Lawyer

Client Communication Standards

When contacting potential clients from leads, you must:

  • Identify yourself and your law firm clearly
  • Explain that you received their information through FlowLegalPartners
  • Comply with Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct regarding solicitation
  • Provide accurate information about your qualifications and experience
  • Respect client decisions regarding representation

7Network Participation Requirements

Response Time

Respond to leads within 24 hours of delivery

Client Contact

Contact potential clients within 48 hours

Status Updates

Provide lead outcome updates within 7 days

Professional Standards

Maintain professional communication standards at all times

8Prohibited Conduct

Georgia network attorneys are prohibited from:

  • -Practicing outside licensed jurisdictions: Soliciting clients outside states where you hold an active license
  • -Unauthorized lead sharing: Sharing lead information with non-network attorneys without permission
  • -Brand misuse: Using FlowLegalPartners branding in unauthorized marketing materials
  • -System circumvention: Attempting to circumvent the lead delivery system
  • -False information: Providing false or misleading information about qualifications or experience
  • -Conduct violations: Engaging in conduct that violates professional conduct rules
  • -Direct competition: Competing directly with FlowLegalPartners lead generation services

9Georgia Bar Compliance Monitoring

Ongoing Verification: We periodically verify:

  • Current Georgia bar membership status
  • Good standing with State Bar of Georgia
  • Professional liability insurance coverage
  • Compliance with continuing legal education requirements
  • Any disciplinary actions or sanctions

Failure to maintain Georgia bar requirements or professional conduct compliance may result in immediate suspension or termination from the network.

10Network Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Georgia attorney network at any time. FlowLegalPartners may immediately terminate participation for:

  • -Bar license suspension or revocation
  • -Disciplinary action by state bar association
  • -Violation of professional conduct rules
  • -Payment failures
  • -Breach of terms and conditions
  • -Unprofessional conduct with potential clients

11Disclaimer of Warranties

FLOWLEGALPARTNERS PROVIDES LEAD GENERATION AND ADVERTISING SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, QUANTITY, OR OUTCOME OF LEADS. GEORGIA ATTORNEYS PARTICIPATE IN THE NETWORK AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AND CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS.

12Limitation of Liability

FLOWLEGALPARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM ATTORNEY PARTICIPATION IN THE NETWORK, CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS, LEAD QUALITY, OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF THE ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP.GEORGIA ATTORNEYS ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AND CLIENT SERVICES.

13Georgia Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by Georgia law. Any disputes arising from attorney network participation shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Georgia Jurisdiction: The state and federal courts of Georgia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.
