These terms apply specifically to attorneys joining our Colorado network

Important Notice for Colorado Attorneys

These terms govern your participation in the FlowLegalPartners attorney network specifically within the State of Colorado. By joining our network, you agree to comply with these Colorado-specific terms and all applicable Colorado professional conduct rules.

1. COLORADO ATTORNEY NETWORK AGREEMENT

By joining the FlowLegalPartners attorney network as a Colorado-licensed attorney, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Colorado Supreme Court Rules. This agreement governs your participation in our legal referral network and your receipt of client referrals within Colorado.

COLORADO PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT COMPLIANCE: As a participating attorney, you are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with all Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct (C.R.P.C.), Colorado Bar Association requirements, and applicable advertising regulations.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado and in good standing with the Colorado Supreme Court;
  • You maintain current professional liability insurance as required by Colorado law;
  • You have the authority and capacity to enter into this agreement;
  • All information provided about your practice is true and accurate;
  • You will maintain compliance with all Colorado professional conduct rules throughout your participation;
  • You will promptly notify us of any changes to your Colorado bar status or disciplinary actions.

2. COLORADO REFERRAL SERVICES

FlowLegalPartners provides attorney referral services connecting Colorado residents with qualified Colorado-licensed attorneys. Upon joining our network, you may receive referrals for potential clients seeking legal representation within your specified practice areas in Colorado.

COLORADO LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: Participation in our network is limited to attorneys who:

  • Hold an active license to practice law in Colorado;
  • Are in good standing with the Colorado Supreme Court;
  • Have no current disciplinary actions or suspensions;
  • Maintain professional liability insurance as required by Colorado law;
  • Comply with Colorado continuing legal education requirements.

3. REFERRAL FEE STRUCTURE

COLORADO COMPLIANT PRICING: Our referral fee structure complies with Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct regarding attorney advertising and referral services.

Current Colorado Referral Fees:

  • Personal Injury Cases: $[TBD] per qualified referral
  • Criminal Defense: $[TBD] per qualified referral
  • Family Law: $[TBD] per qualified referral
  • Business Law: $[TBD] per qualified referral
  • Estate Planning: $[TBD] per qualified referral
  • Immigration: $[TBD] per qualified referral

*Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees comply with Colorado professional conduct rules.

PAYMENT TERMS: Referral fees are due within 30 days of client engagement. Payment methods include ACH transfer or check. Late payments may result in suspension from the network.

4. LEAD QUALITY STANDARDS

QUALIFIED COLORADO REFERRALS: We provide referrals that meet the following criteria:

  • Client is a Colorado resident or seeking legal services within Colorado;
  • Client has provided accurate contact information;
  • Client has expressed genuine interest in legal representation;
  • Case falls within your specified practice areas;
  • Client meets basic qualification criteria for the case type;
  • No obvious conflicts of interest identified.

REFERRAL GUARANTEE: If a referral does not meet our quality standards, you may request a refund or credit within 48 hours of initial client contact. Refund requests must include documentation of the quality issue.

5. COLORADO PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT COMPLIANCE

ADVERTISING COMPLIANCE: All marketing materials and communications with referred clients must comply with:

  • Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 7.1 (Information About Legal Services);
  • Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 7.2 (Advertising);
  • Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 7.3 (Solicitation of Clients);
  • Colorado Bar Association advertising guidelines;
  • All applicable Colorado consumer protection laws.

CLIENT COMMUNICATION STANDARDS: When contacting referred clients, you must:

  • Identify yourself and your law firm clearly;
  • Explain that you received their information through FlowLegalPartners;
  • Comply with Colorado Rules regarding solicitation;
  • Provide accurate information about your qualifications and experience;
  • Respect client decisions regarding representation.

6. NETWORK PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSE TIME REQUIREMENTS: Colorado network attorneys must:

  • Respond to referrals within 24 hours of receipt;
  • Contact referred clients within 48 hours of receiving referral;
  • Provide status updates on referral outcomes within 7 days;
  • Maintain professional communication standards at all times.

GEOGRAPHIC SERVICE AREAS: Specify your Colorado service areas by county or ZIP code. You will only receive referrals within your designated service areas.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Colorado network attorneys are prohibited from:

  • Soliciting clients outside of Colorado unless properly licensed in other jurisdictions;
  • Sharing referral information with non-network attorneys without permission;
  • Using FlowLegalPartners branding in unauthorized marketing materials;
  • Circumventing the referral system to contact clients directly;
  • Providing false or misleading information about qualifications or experience;
  • Engaging in conduct that violates Colorado professional conduct rules;
  • Competing directly with FlowLegalPartners referral services in Colorado.

8. COLORADO BAR COMPLIANCE MONITORING

ONGOING VERIFICATION: We periodically verify:

  • Current Colorado bar membership status;
  • Good standing with the Colorado Supreme Court;
  • Professional liability insurance coverage;
  • Compliance with continuing legal education requirements;
  • Any disciplinary actions or sanctions.

Failure to maintain Colorado bar requirements or professional conduct compliance may result in immediate suspension or termination from the network.

9. NETWORK TERMINATION

Either party may terminate participation in the Colorado attorney network with 30 days written notice. FlowLegalPartners may immediately terminate participation for:

  • Colorado bar license suspension or revocation;
  • Disciplinary action by the Colorado Supreme Court;
  • Violation of professional conduct rules;
  • Non-payment of referral fees;
  • Breach of these terms and conditions;
  • Unprofessional conduct with referred clients.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

FLOWLEGALPARTNERS PROVIDES REFERRAL SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, QUANTITY, OR OUTCOME OF REFERRALS. COLORADO ATTORNEYS PARTICIPATE IN THE NETWORK AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AND CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FLOWLEGALPARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM ATTORNEY PARTICIPATION IN THE NETWORK, CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS, REFERRAL QUALITY, OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF THE ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP. COLORADO ATTORNEYS ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AND CLIENT SERVICES.

12. COLORADO DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by Colorado law. Any disputes arising from attorney network participation shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

COLORADO JURISDICTION: The state and federal courts of Colorado shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and FlowLegalPartners regarding participation in the Colorado attorney network and supersedes any prior agreements. Additional terms may apply for specific services or practice areas.

COLORADO ATTORNEYS: PLEASE PRINT AND RETAIN A COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR YOUR RECORDS.
